Become a Project Manager (m/w/d) In this newly created position, you not only take over the strategic project purchase of planning and construction services, but also significantly shape the construction of the site and the introduction of a new procurement software. In doing so, you will introduce your experience and know-how to rethink and establish processes sustainably.

They take over the construction, development and co-design of a new place with a lot of design space. They are responsible for the strategic project purchase of planning and construction services in the building of the project. They are responsible for calculating and creating performance directories. They are responsible for the independent implementation of tenders and award negotiations. They carry out contract discussions and contract negotiations on the basis of our contractual patterns. They examine and evaluate the offers in technical and commercial terms, as well as take over the follow-up management and audit. They shall be responsible for the management of the warranty against after-contractors. You take over the interface function for the companies Ein SteinHaus, DFH Wohnungsbau, project companies as well as contact persons for entrepreneurs and external partners, if necessary on site. They support the deficiencies assessment and project evaluation.

They have a technical training (e.g. technicians) or have completed a degree in the field of construction, BWL, industrial engineering, etc. They bring at least 5 years of relevant project experience in the construction/project business, of which three years with budgetary responsibility and technical understanding to evaluate performance. They have an affinity for project housing construction as well as good knowledge of the tendering and awarding. You have experience in handling tender tools. They have knowledge of mass-determining tenders, optionally with BIM model orientation. They bring a marked level of negotiation and communication. Safe occurrence in contract and award negotiations is obvious to them. They bring willingness to the occasional journey.
