The Institute for Stroke and Dementia Research (ISD) is a largely funded institute at the LMU Klinikum München. His field of activity ranges from basic research to clinical trials. Our aim is to improve the possibilities of prevention, early detection and treatment of stroke and dementia diseases. You supervise patients in clinical trials according to international and national quality standards (GCP). The activity includes: Organisation of the course, including appointment management and business planning according to the study protocol Screening and support for patient study inclusion Collection and documentation of study-relevant data in German and English Reporting of unwanted events to the study management Answering requests from the sponsor Conducting study-specific studies: Measurement of vital parameters Blood withdrawal Processing and shipping of biosamples EKG Preparation of infusion solutions Expulsion, withdrawal and control of the study medication

Accompanying patients for studies on campus / clinic area Preparation of as well as assistance and follow-up in monitor visits, audits and inspections Correspondence with internal and external partners Conducting standardized neuropsychological test methods Quality assurance according to regulatory framework conditions and database maintenance

Completed medical training desirable (m/w/d) or Study Nurse (m/w/d) as an additional qualification Experience in patient care, ideally in the field of neurology, stroke or dementia High sensitivity and good feeling for the needs of elderly and sick people High autonomy in working Safe handling of medical terminology Very good German knowledge and good English skills
