Support & operation: You are responsible for the administration, development and support of our Microsoft 365 environment – including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive. You process technical enquiries focusing on M365 services and ensure smooth operation of the cloud-based infrastructure. Automation & Interfaces: With Power Automate, PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, you develop automated workflows, connect applications, and optically existing processes. You realize individual solutions based on Power Platform, SharePoint Framework or via the direct API connection of external systems. Process optimization: Together with the departments, you analyze existing business processes and develop IT-supported solutions within the M365 platform. You keep both usability and scalability in mind. Planning & Introduction of new solutions: You evaluierst new Microsoft 365 services and accompany the introduction of services such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Purview, Intune or Viva. The integration of third-party providers via connectors and APIs is also part of your task. Ensuring IT operation: You are committed to the efficient and safe use of Microsoft Cloud infrastructure and develop policies and automations for governance, compliance and IT security in the Microsoft 365 environment. Future projects & Innovation: As part of our continuous improvement processes, you actively shape the M365 strategy of the group of companies. You are driving topics like Zero Trust, Automation, Self-Service Portals or Collaboration Optimization.

Education & experience: You have a training as a specialist in system integration, a study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained several years of experience in the M365 environment. Technical know-how: You have knowledge in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams and PowerShell automation. Experience with JSON, REST APIs and Webhooks is beneficial. Communication strength: You explain complex technical relationships in a comprehensible manner and work closely with specialist areas and project teams to develop optimal solutions together. Working: You work structured, proactive and independent. Your service orientation and interest in new technologies make you an estimated partner for modern IT topics.
