We about us:

For the Steinburg district, the county office shall carry out the tasks of the Under Construction Supervisory Authority, the Fire Protection Service and the technical object care (new, refurbishment and refurbishment measures including construction maintenance) in the building for all circular properties.

Your tasks:

· Head of the county office with three departments and about 40 employees with cooperative and support management of the department lines

· Coordination or accompaniment of matters with fundamental or special importance in the county office

· targeted and active management of work structures and procedures of the Office taking into account and controlling personnel and financial resources

· Representation of the county tree in political bodies as well as within the administration, the press and the public, according to the provisions of the Land Council, as well as the provision of guidelines for departments and the promotion of a citizen-oriented and economic perception of tasks

Your profile:

A prerequisite for the job is

· Qualification for category 2, second entry office of the General Services or Technical Services Department or a successfully completed university course (master or similar) of the Department of Architecture or Civil Engineering

· Multiannual professional experience in a public administration and leadership experience of a team of at least 5 employees

· sound knowledge of public building and administrative law

· a problem-solving and target-oriented and independent operation in conjunction with communication competence

· Responsibility and team spirit

Basic knowledge of procurement, household and municipal law is advantageous for the application
