Whether financial planning, controlling or the further development of processes – here you can contribute your expertise and actively contribute to the stability and future security of air rescue. Responsibility for the Group's liquidity management – You take over the regular financial allocation, as well as the creation of rolling forecasts and long-term forecasts and create comprehensive liquidity reports and analyses. Implementation of short-term money market operations and financing projects – You are responsible for the independent support of financing projects, including the financing of helicopter purchases or construction projects. You analyse and develop tailor-made financing solutions to ensure an optimal financing structure and to meet the individual requirements of the projects in the best possible way. Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements – You will start individual and consolidated financial statements in coordination with our auditors and internal departments. With the help of budget and medium-term planning – you develop and advise an integrated financial planning, analyze plan-actual deviations and guide action recommendations. Creation and further development of company-specific key data reports – You analyze and start reporting of business performance indicators, such as station result accounting, and prepare the data for management. Active role in digitalization projects – You can play a key role in the introduction of BI systems by accompanying the migration to SAP S/4HANA and by driving the further development of the SAP Analytics Cloud. Analysis, assessment and reporting - You are responsible for management reports on decision support and assess business scenarios. Creating and evaluating decision templates as well as business cases – You develop sound decision templates for the management and are responsible for the development and follow-up of business cases.

The theory sits – you have a successfully completed study of business management with the focus on controlling and finance or an equivalent training. Know How – You have experience in equity controlling, bring industry-specific knowledge in the field of aviation and have desirable knowledge in financing, liquidity forecasts and business case modelling; You will also draw your attention through a high IT affinity, especially in SAP, Excel and BI systems. Professional experience – Ideally, you bring multi-year professional experience in controlling, preferably in larger organisations or in a non-profit environment. Communication – Your knowledge of German corresponds at least to the C1 level and is complemented by good English skills and strong communicative skills.
