CNC Specialist/NC Programmer/Work Planner Manufacturing (m/f/d)

For our company Stahlbau Engineering GmbH at the Hanover production site, we are now looking for a CNC machine/NC programmer/work planner production (m/w/d):

Creation and adaptation of CNC/NC programs for our manufacturing systems based on technical drawings and 3D models Processing of production data and coordination of the NC programs with the fields of production, work preparation, quality assurance and construction selection of suitable machining strategies and tools taking into account the materials, component geometries and the technical possibilities and requirements of the machines Maintenance and updating of NC programs, tool lists and setting data Optimization of NC programs and production processes as well as troubleshooting - with focus on machining time, tool life and process security Compliance with occupational safety regulations and ensuring order and cleanliness at work

Completed technical or commercial training e.g. as machining mechanic, construction mechanic or a comparable qualification Experience in CNC/NC programming, desirable in steel construction Safe handling of technical drawings and production documents Knowledge of knife cutting systems such as OmniWin and OmniMat ® Technical understanding, careful and structured working Team and communication skills
