In your work in the field of building services, you are responsible for budget monitoring and the cost-controlling of our ongoing construction projects. The monitoring of the dates taken on the basis of the planning of the construction process for ongoing construction measures and the request for documents from our regional construction managers incl. their examination continues to be part of your task. You will check the offers in the areas of commercial and domestic engineering for existing construction measures in our markets and create corresponding order lists. In addition, you will then complete the order registration and audit for such construction measures. They are also responsible for the preparation and production of construction contracts. In addition, you will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of appointments with construction and craft enterprises, other service providers and authorities as well as other general administrative tasks.

They have a commercial vocational training, e.g. as a real estate business (m/w/d) or Projektmanager (m/w/d) or Baukaufmann (m/w/d) Ideally, you have a multiannual one-year professional experience, preferably in an enterprise of the construction industry or Real estate. In addition, you have well-founded business and technical knowledge and experience in dealing with suppliers and service companies. They are safe in handling MS Office applications and have ideal knowledge in industry-specific software applications (e.g. SAP, com.Tradenet). A high level of communication and cooperation, as well as a streamlined and careful way of working, are among your strengths as well as team skills and organizational skills.
