Own-responsible implementation of the monthly wage and salary bill with DATEV LODAS Maintenance of personnel master files and ensuring complete and proper management of personnel files Support of working time accounts and the creation of certificates, reports and evaluations Central contact for employees, health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions Maintenance and optimization of payroll processes and accounting systems

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff, wage and salary accounting or accounting Professional experience in pay billing as well as sound knowledge in pay tax, social security and labour law Safe handling of DATEV LODAS Structured, careful and self-responsible operation High level of responsibility, discretion and reliability
