Agent Customer Service (m/w/d), limited to 24 months

Flexible customer experience – in the office and at home: You advise our customers by phone and e-mail and ideally solve concerns directly at the first contact. After being incorporated, you can also do these tasks in part flexibly from home. Contract expert & data professional: You provide competent information on contracts and keep our customer data up to date in the system. Damage & Support Management: You take damage cases, tax insurance releases and find solutions for complaints – in close cooperation with your team leader. Payment management: You manage payment methods, accompany the instalment and reliably forward agreements on repayments or payment adjustments.

Your profile | This is what you bring: Your foundation: You have a completed commercial training – ideally you could already sniff air in the banking industry. Your experience: You bring first experience in customer service, customer service or call center. If you have already collected them in the automotive or banking sector, this is a clear plus. Your superpower: You are strong in communication, have a friendly appearance and live a strong customer and service orientation where the customer is always at the centre of attention. Your way of working: A high degree of reliability, a conscientious way of working, and a reliable knowledge of German in word and writing are what distinguishes you. Your flexibility: You bring flexibility within a regulated working time frame and are open to changing, scheduleable times of use. In exceptional situations, you can also support the team at short notice.
