In this function, you are project-wide responsible for the integration and verification of communication systems in systems of ground-bound air defense. You define specifications and accompany or control the decrease in subsequent or additional developments in various (military) suppliers. You will also develop communication concepts for ground-bound air defense systems. In doing so, you accompany the projects from the offer phase to the processing of the contract and act as a technical contact person (m/w/d) during customer discussions. You plan and coordinate the integration and verification work with the various internal and external stakeholders as the main partner (m/w/d). As a technical manager (m/w/d) for the communication systems, you work hands-on with experimental setups and real hardware in the context of ground and flight tests closely with the suppliers and customers. You will also participate in the planning and implementation of (internal and external) experimental campaigns.

A completed study of electrical engineering, computer science, communications technology or a comparable subject is the ideal prerequisite for this position. You are interested in digital communication systems, especially in the military environment. You have basic knowledge of project management and requirement management. We require basic economic knowledge, communication strength and enforcement. Good knowledge of English in word and writing, willingness to travel (also internationally), an independent and flexible way of working in the team and hands-on mentality complete your profile.
