Our client is an internationally successful construction company focusing on industrial and commercial construction. As a general contractor, the company employs more than 100 employees in Düsseldorf. At the next time, we are looking for a calibrator (m/w/d) of industrial construction. In this position you are also responsible for the costing of turnkey construction projects in civil engineering (industrial and commercial construction).

Do you have a well-founded experience in the calculation of budgets for construction projects and the creation of 3D models? In addition, do you have a completed degree in the field of civil engineering or architecture, a further education for the construction technician or a comparable technical training? (JBH/128750) Costing of turnkey construction projects in civil engineering (industrial and commercial construction) You control and track the current project dates and optimize the construction processes Creation of performance directories with BIM software taking into account the applicable legal standards Acquisition and evaluation of offers of contractors and suppliers Participation in award and contract discussions with contracting entities and subcontractors Creation of 3D-models in Allplan (Nemetschek) Identification and assessment of opportunities, risks and potential cost increases as well as carrying out yield calculations in close coordination with the project teams Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners (customers, planners, subcontractors) to clarify project-related details and information Regular visits to the nationwide construction sites

A completed civil engineering or architecture study, technician or master or comparable training You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the preparation of work or Costing or construction management An independent and structured way of working You have a conditional readiness to travel (about 10%-20% nationwide) Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)
