Tasks

• Prepare all menu components from the Group's Food Program
• For our events:
• Support for the preparation and preparation of all menu components as part of the in-house event service
• For our classic edition in the restaurant:
• Food supply activities on food expenditure, food portioning and output
• For our live cooking stations in the operating restaurant:
• Front cooking skills
• Extensive knowledge of HACCP
• Cleaning and cleaning activities for the day-to-day business
