We are looking as soon as possible for our two urban daycare facilities Kinderhaus Spitalhof und Halden-Children's House a language specialist (m/w/d) in parttime for the program “Sprach-Kitas: Because language is the key to the world”. The posts are unlimited. The amount of work is 19.5 hours per week. It is possible to combine the number of posts to form a full-time job.

In order to improve the quality of language education in day nurseries, the Land of Baden-Württemberg launched the program “Sprach-Kitas: Because language is the key to the world”. In its entirety, the Kita everyday should be aimed at promoting children's language development through a concept of everyday-integrated language education. The three fields of action, all-day-integrated language education, including pedagogy and family cooperation, are to be closely linked. The central task of the additional specialist qualified in the field of action is to pass on their competences to the setup team, to be a model for everyday-integrated language promotion and to ensure a sustainable implemen­tation of the three fields of action. All employees of the institution shall be empowered by the additional specialist for language education to implement the three fields of action accordingly. The specific tasks are defined by the installation management.
