Activities & responsibilities: Project Management & Operational Change Management: Accompanying Transformation Projects and Sustainable Change Processes Project management: independent processing and management of subprojects, both nationally and internationally Workshop-Moderation: From conception to implementation – you design and moderate workshops, both remotely and locally with the customer Communication and team skills: Proactive communication with all stakeholders, cooperation in interdisciplinary teams on innovative and future-oriented topics

Your profile: You're burning for implementation and have at least 2-3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on IT project management, change management or IT deployment – you know the dynamics of challenging projects in consulting Completed higher education (MSc, ideally with an economic focus) Knowledge and practical experience with agile methods and frameworks – certification of advantage (e.g. SCRUM Master, PMP) Strong analytical skills and strong strategic understanding (including dashboarding, Excel, Google Sheets & Co.) Experience in the moderation of workshops, meetings and working sessions Very high quality standards for your own work Enthusiasm for continuous learning fun to find and find creative solutions; Apply new tools and methods Useful and excellent communication skills Customer-oriented and professional appearance combined with professional competence Very good knowledge of German and English
