SHK Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

As a customer service manager, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our service team and are central interface between management, employees and customers. You plan and coordinate the daily service operations, keep an overview of processes and ensure that our customers are reliably and at a high level. Your tasks also include consulting our customers, developing offers and developing and structuring our customer service area. You will have a conscious design playroom and can actively develop and optimize processes. It is important to us that you not only organize, but take your team, create clear structures and take responsibility.

a completed technical training in the SHK field, ideally with further training as master or technician, well-founded expertise and experience in customer service. Leadership experience is desirable. More importantly, however, is that you can take responsibility and bring a good sense of employee leadership. We require entrepreneurial thinking, a structured way of working and a safe occurrence in dealing with customers.
