To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as your new job Together with your tandem partner, you are responsible for the further development of our database. While the technical focus is on your counterpart, you will introduce the perspective of our customers, content and markets. You deal intensively with the needs and procedures of our core target groups – in particular tax advisors – and thereby guide requirements for content, functions and product developments. The focus of your activity is the observation of market and competition developments, the identification of opportunities for new content and offers as well as the continuous development of our database together with specialist speeches and other stakeholders. You work closely with editorial, technology, sales and customer service and ensure that customer needs and market requirements are included in the further development of the product. In addition, you act as a guide: in the communication to the team. With your well-founded knowledge in tax law, you understand the professional challenges and working methods of tax advisors. This allows you to safely assess the needs of the target groups and actively shape the further development of our content. You have experience in product management, content management or in a comparable role at the interface of customers, market and product. You have a good feeling for audiences, you can identify needs and develop and implement convincing product and content ideas. With a strategic vision, you analyze markets and competitors and guide concrete action recommendations. You communicate safely with different stakeholders and bring people and interests together successfully.
