Your task area • Self-producing and testing of cure and cost plans (HKP) and private cost proposals (GOZ) • Dental services accounted for by BEMA, GOZ, BEL and BEB – including ZE, KFO and PAR • Communication with health insurance, insurance and billing centres • Implementation and monitoring of dunning and receivable management • Care and management of patient master data and documentation in the practical software • Organization and optimization of internal management processes • Supporting the practical management in business evaluations and monthly accounts • Coordination of the Recall system and management of schedules for extensive treatment series • Working with the training of team members in billing questions and administrative processes

This will bring you • Completed training for ZFA (medical staff), ideally with training for ZMV (medical administration assistant) or comparable qualification • Foundation knowledge of the settlement according to BEMA and GOZ as well as in practice management • Organizational talent and experience in appointment and practical organization • Safe, friendly appearance to patients – both at reception and telephone • Versified handling of practical software (e.g. Dampsoft, Z1, Charly or comparable) and MS Office
