Personal IT support for a firm group of VIP customers in public administration, from office to home office to business trip Supporting a wide range of devices (Apple, Windows, Smartphones) incl. Procurement, refueling Installation, configuration and testing of hardware and software Fast and independent troubleshooting, ad hoc and also under term printing Advice on IT topics such as hardware recommendations, secure jobs in home office or travel solutions Delivery and instruction in technical equipment with the requirement to communicate in a solution-oriented and convincing manner even in case of a problem

Complete IT training or sound technical knowledge, e.g. in (IT) sales Multiannual experience in professional handling of customers, ideally in a sensitive environment Very good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android and MS 365 (teams, SharePoint); Advantageous experience with regulatory software Embossed service orientation, discretion and sovereign appearance, a well-kept appearance in formal clothing is of course Ready-to-be service and flexibility for changing requirements during the day Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and the pleasure of individual customer advice
