About us Your duties Management and organisation of a layer in full continuous operation and ensuring a smooth operation of production plants Notification of production bottlenecks and, if necessary, support in troubleshooting and minor repairs Compliance and continuous verification of working safety standards and cleanliness and order in the work area Operation planning, control and instruction of a team of up to 20 production specialists, onboarding new employees and coordination of professional integration with the process managers as well as the further development of the existing team Cooperation with other shift managers, production and operational management and support areas (maintenance, quality assurance, etc.) Responsibility for the smooth supply of material during the shift and ensuring a sustainable use of material and energy Implementation and monitoring of quality controls in the production process and communication with relevant interfaces (production management, logistics, quality testing) Responsible for the continuous improvement of production and deployment planning

Your profile Complete technical training as well as further training for the industrial master or technician Multiannual professional experience as a shift manager in production or in a similar leading position in industrial production, knowledge in the field of glass production are advantageous but not absolutely necessary Ready-to-use shift service Strong ability to team leadership and motivation combined with determined decision-making and strong self-confidence Embossed competence in the planning and organization of layers as well as in the handling of production plants and continuous production processes Clear and open communication at all levels in the company, very good knowledge of German (C-level), safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP knowledge are advantageous Flexibility and loadability in a dynamic working environment, hand-on mentality
