Design the digital future of HR with SAP SuccessFactors! As Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d) you support our customers in the introduction of modern HR software solutions and contribute to the digital transformation in the human resources sector. Advice: You advise leading companies in implementing HR software solutions. Responsibility You take the lead of a workstream in large implementation projects or project management in smaller projects – nationally and internationally. Variety of tasks: You analyse requirements, shape HR processes, develop solutions and implement SuccessFactors with our customers - where quality is most important! Knowledge Sharing: You pass on your expertise, coach junior team members and work together with colleagues from HR areas such as change management. Further development: The expansion of your know-how in agile working methods, HR IT concepts and project management is the key to success in this position.

At least three years of professional experience in the field of HR IT with focus on SAP SuccessFactors in an international corporate environment or in a consulting company Experience in managing a workstream as part of a HR transformation in one or more SuccessFactors modules including appropriate certification Knowledge of IT innovation and digital trends and the ability to introduce new technologies into HR processes Embossed skills in the fields of analytical thinking and problem solving, sovereign appearance and presentation, customer and performance orientation readiness to travel and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
