Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educatorin or comparable vocational training with recognition as a specialist or a completed degree as a Diplom-Social Pedagogin or Bachelor Social Work (FH) with state recognition or a comparable degree with recognition as a specialist in a nursery institution A multi-year experience in working with children is desirable A co-worker-oriented understanding of leadership, characterised by appreciation and acceptance Embossed team and cooperation capability Own initiative and commitment, intercultural competence and gender-sensitive attitude Good computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as the willingness to work into specialist programs
