A powerful and robust infrastructure is the essential pillar for the future viability of the railway. The concept of general refurbishment provides for a substantial segment of the Vienna – Frankfurt axis to be refurbished within 5 months of total closure. In order for the high-performance network to be renovated by 2030, the Federal Ministry of Transport has provided additional funds as part of a special financing and you can make a significant contribution to the implementation of the high-performance networks. As a team coordinator: in contract and after-subscription management, you contribute significantly to the successful project implementation. You are responsible for the contractual processes over all phases of performance, guide the employees in contract and after-sales management and ensure that all project partners: work together in the sense of project success. At the next time, we are looking for you as a team coordinator: in contract and supplementary management in the general renovation (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich site. Your tasks:

You guide the team professionally in the contract management of all construction sections, give the contractor:in clear instructions and make sure that the contract process is complete You will also be responsible for the development and control of the entire contract and after-sales management – from the tendering, the awarding and follow-up examination to the billing, and implement project-wide procurement strategies As a process manager: for follow-up and NEuPP processes, it is up to you to initiate, moderate and constantly improve regular rounds of votes – in this role you are an important interface to project management You can check, evaluate and negotiate complex accounts – unauthorized receivables you reject and take over the complete contractual correspondence Plausitising budgets, checking invoices, evaluating risks and opportunities – you can also master these challenging tasks with a view to costs, dates and quality. Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, construction, architecture or in a similar field You can look back on well-founded experience in contract management and follow-up management of complex construction or infrastructure projects as well as comprehensive knowledge in VOB, HOAI/AHO, relevant BGB regulations and ideally DB-own guidelines In the case of the factual and legally secure assessment of demanding supplements – both based on their reasons and on the level of the claim – you can rely on your calculation experience. You succeed in bringing together technical and economic concerns, recognizing conflicts early and contributing with constructive solutions Communication strength, empathy and enforcement capability in handling project teams, contractors: inside and outside stakeholders are among your great strengths Thanks to your structured, reliable and independent way of working as well as your organizational stylus, you keep an overview and focus on the essentials in critical phases of the project.
