For the management of this company, we are looking for a managing head with a clear sales focus (m/w/d), which has well-founded experience in the insurance or banking environment and ideally brings a resilient network in the agricultural environment. In this role, you will continue and develop a small, dedicated team and develop sustainable, trusted customer relationships to strengthen and further expand the strong market position of the company. You will be supported by a powerful group of companies that performs key functions such as accounting within a shared service model and thus keeps your back on the operational and strategic business.
