Finance Director - Reporting / Team Building / Optimization (m/w/d)

As an internationally established company, we develop, build and sell or operate green hydrogen electrolysis plants in the core business and thus cover the entire value chain for hydrogen plants. Our courses are on growth, because our parent company is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This means that our Group has direct access to the capital market. You take responsibility for the creation and publication of publicly relevant reporting obligations You report to management and the relevant supervisory bodies You build the accounting, corporate accounting and tax teams and shape them You coordinate and optimierst exams Improve the processes in completion (e.g. Fast Close) and implement monthly financial statements You coordinate and check the annual financial statements You meet the tax requirements with the support of tax advisors

You bring at least 10 years of professional experience in reporting and finance You have excellent leadership, communication and organization skills You have deep leadership experience You think analytically to understand and classify relationships You have excellent communication skills You work structured and organized You go routined with MS Office programs You have very good German and foreign language skills, especially in English You are team capable and work structured and organized Your knowledge of Navision and Lucanet is beneficial
