You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a multi-species team and develop our investment activities in the business areas of electricity, gas, drinking water and wastewater with your employees. You are responsible for creating and updating investment and demand plans (short-, medium- and long-term) and take care of the strategic prioritization of technical, economic and regulatory measures with your team In close coordination with the department management and our controlling, you will see the development of economic planning with On the basis of cost-effectiveness and variant comparisons, you control a quality-secured transfer process of individual investment projects and ready-to-use concepts into our internal engineering office for planning and implementation In close coordination with our planning area and our controlling you report the relevant KPIs and tax compliance with the investment budgets

You have a degree in civil engineering, economic engineering or a comparable direction that provides you with a solid technical basis for the responsible management of your team within the Badenova network You bring a good technical understanding of energy and water management and can derive strategic goals and decisions from economic aspects You score with experience in investment, infrastructure or demand planning and have experiences in strategic asset management You have the ability to make complex facts understandable and are analytic and structured to think You bring experience in the leadership of employees and use your design space to continuously develop your team
