Implementation of work preparation and processing and processing of work orders Manufacturing, prefabrication and configuration of complete systems, assemblies and components (mechanical & electrical, incl. OEM standards) in compliance with the dates Incoming goods, final checks and quality assurance measures Compilation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as certification according to quality management (ISO 13485) and active participation in audits and CAPA processes Analysis and assessment of technical complaints, determination of the causes and initiation Adoption of appropriate measures (repair, replacement, manufacturer complaint) Repairs, maintenance and repair of systems and components Technical support and deployment preparation of loan systems and support in the processing of insurance cases Technical advice and support for sales and cooperation in projects and the development of new and retrofit solutions Close cooperation with the fields of production, service, purchasing, logistics, development and quality management Technical support and involvement of employees and the sharing of technical knowledge Communication with customers, service providers and partners, also in English

Completed training or studies in the field: electrical engineering, mechatronics or medical technology (e.g. electric master, industrial master, state-tested technician or engineer) Important: Embossed practical experience in manufacturing, assembly or service Knowledge in several of the following areas: Electrical / Electronics Mechanics / precision mechanics PC systems / software installation / interfaces Experience in fault diagnosis and repair of technical systems Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
