Planning and appointment of all training and further training modules including verification of the temporal feasibility, including examination periods and coordination with participants, trainees and chambers Azubis' operational and continuous planning according to the training framework plan and the factual and temporal breakdown of the practical phases. Operational planning for technicians and trainers: women in training and qualification measures taking into account availability and qualification requirements. Creation of transparent plans: detailed, comprehensible application plans that balance the training needs and requirements of the teachers. Resources Management and Contingency: Short, medium and long-term capacity planning as well as measures for peak times and unplanned downtimes. Interface coordination with training coordinator:inside, trainers:inside, academy, disposition and location management for optimal practical and operational planning on construction sites.

Training: completed commercial or technical training; ideally experience in operational planning, personnel planning or training organisation. Experience: Practical experience in deployment planning, layer planning or resource planning or in the coordination of training processes. Personality: Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation; high communication strength; Enforcement and team capacity. IT‐Skills: Secure handling of Excel; Experience with planning tools or ERP/personal deployment systems of advantage. Flexibility: willingness to respond to changes in the short term and to develop pragmatic solutions. Industry: Experience in craftsmanship or training is a plus, but not a must if planning competence is strong. Analytical and predictive: You recognize bottlenecks early and plan proactively. Communicative and cross-linking: You coordinate between trainers: women, disposition and location management clear and binding. You develop practical emergency plans and keep the operation stable even in peak times. Quality-oriented: You are responsible for comprehensible documentation and continuous optimization of planning processes.
