For our Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), we are looking for a dedicated personality that takes on operational responsibility and actively develops processes. Operational management of order management in the field of customer service Responsibility for the overall planning and monitoring of service orders, including material requirements planning. Responsibility for rolling sales planning in this area Support for Business Development & Sales in offerings Creation of loadable delivery plans in close coordination with workshop management, material disposition, purchasing and international customers Strategic development of the planning and control processes and the development of the digitalization of all commercial processes Leadership and further development of the team according to modern, agile leadership principles with focus on self-responsibility and outcome orientation

Completed studies Economic Engineering or Business Administration, Industry/Economics or comparable professional experience Multiannual management experience in order processing and control, ideally in the repair of mechatronic systems – also so far in deputy function Detectable successes in the introduction of systematic planning structures and the optimization of processes to improve efficiency, schedule and stocks Structured, targeted mode of operation and pronounced communication strength, combined with sovereign occurrence Secure application of MS Office as well as ERP systems, preferably SAP German and English knowledge in word and writing (mind.
