Your tasks include the strategic and operational structure and the management of the Department for long-term business success. Furthermore, you establish efficient structures and a powerful project culture for the successful implementation of complex projects. In addition, you take over the management of the RampUp500+ project, including planning, implementation and monitoring You are responsible for building and coordinating the project teams as well as ensuring the timely delivery of milestones. In addition, you control budget and resources, identify risks early and initiate appropriate risk mitigation measures. You ensure the quality and compliance of all project results, coordinate coordination with internal and external stakeholders and report regularly to the management.

You have completed university studies in the field of economics, engineering and a comparable field. In addition, you will bring at least 8 years of experience in project management, ideally in large and complex projects. In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of ramp-up projects as well as in product development processes. You have already demonstrated your leadership skills in the leadership of interdisciplinary teams. Very good knowledge of common project management methods (e.g. PMP, Agile, Scrum). Your strong problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality help you successfully implement challenging projects. Excellent communication skills in German and English as well as resilience and enforcement in stressful situations are among your strengths. Your profile is rounded off by the ability to clearly present complex content and make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
