Accounting staff (m/f/d)

You are part of a team of 5 colleagues. You take over general accounting activities for our GmbH including our foreign branches in the Netherlands and Spain. You conduct audits of bookings of receipts, cash registers and banks in our MS Navision program. Booking of travel expenses and expenses from HR Works in Navision. Debitor Management incl. Mahnwesen Creditor management incl. collection and booking Implementation of payment transactions (in Germany and abroad) Coordination of accounts and clarification of differences in the team Completion of sales tax pre-registrations Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB ZM notifications and support in the submission of statistics

Successfully completed commercial training or training as a tax specialist At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting in the field of debitor and/or creditors. first experience in the field of monthly and annual accounts Analytical thinking combined with empathy and team ideas Organisational capacity, communication strength and reliability Good knowledge with MS Office applications Knowledge with an IT program such as Navision of advantage, HR Works, Paisy good English knowledge of word and writing of advantage
