Complete study of social work, social education, psychology, medical education At least two years of professional experience in work with people with disabilities or health impairments, ideally experience in the work of an integration service Qualification in the psychosocial, occupational or counselling area is desirable Expertise in accordance with § 192 para. 2 SGB IX– in particular to different Disability forms (spiritual, psychological, physical, sensory, learning) and multiple disabilities) and their impact on working life Consultancy and knowledge in methods of social work Conflictability and the ability to develop and implement realistic solutions Empathic, respectful handling of people of different origin Knowledge of severely disabled, labour and social law Safe handling of IT and knowledge of support services (e.g. debt problem) Self-employed, reliable and structured work with simultaneous team orientation Timely flexibility and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data Service-oriented thinking towards clients and business partners
