Planning and implementation of business strategies to achieve business goals Location management with comprehensive revenue and budget responsibility with steady growth Control of all sales activities for new installations, modernization and service of elevators Leadership and further development of a team of about 13 employees and the regional management team Market analysis for identifying trends, opportunities and competitive developments Ensuring high customer satisfaction and leading major projects Optimization of internal processes and organisation support in the change process Supporting quality audits and ensuring compliance with all corporate and legal standards

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in further development of business areas and executives Knowledge of management and sales Driving licence (class B or III) and readiness to travel within the sales area Very good MS Office knowledge and good English skills Business thinking and acting Excellent customer orientation as well as high social and leadership competence Hands-on mentality, positive radiation and self-confident appearance as well as very good presentation capability Wide-sighted and analytical thinking and communication skills at different levels
