Lead Security Analyst (m/w/d) im “Security Operations Center Digitaler Euro” Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2026_0533_02 Together with our partners in the Eurosystem, we build a modern, scalable and audit-proof security organization for the Digital Euro.

You support the construction, construction and further development of the defensive security services in the context of the Digital Euro and, after commissioning, take on a central role in the D€-Defensive-Security team. You actively participate in the operation of security monitoring, connect relevant systems to monitoring solutions and continuously develop detection capabilities to identify attacker activities. You analyse security incidents in the field of Incident Response and Digital Forensics, identify cause and extent of concern, initiate emergency measures and accompany sustainable management. Collect, evaluate and structure cyber-threat intelligence information to make attack methods, techniques and risks usable for internal and external stakeholders. You work closely with teams of offensive security, infrastructure, operation and other security functions and ensure an effective interface between the services. National and international working groups as well as bodies accompany you professionally and represent the interests of the Deutsche Bundesbank in the context of the Digital Euro.

Master or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g. infor­mation, business informatics, mathematics, physics, engineering with a focus on computer science) Very good German and good English skills In addition, it is desirable: Very good knowledge of IT security, especially in the construction and operation of Defensive Security Services such as Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Digital Forensics and Cyber Threat Intelligence (ideally proven by relevant professional experience or certification) Good knowledge of technologies and processes for the prevention, detection and treatment of cyberattacks on IT infrastructure, networks and applications (ideally proven by inadequate professional experience or certification) Knowledge of agile working methods and control of external service providers (ideal evidenced by project experience) Knowledge of IT service management processes and public procurement and procurement procedures Designed analytical and conceptual skills and team skills Very good work organization Ability to competent representation of the Bundesbank inward and outward Very good communication skills
