Quality Manager / Quality Management Officer Food Industry (m/f/d)

To further professionalise quality management, we are looking for a quality manager / quality management officer (QMB) (m/w/d) at the next possible time. In this position, you take on the central responsibility for the existing quality management and continuously develop it together with the departments.

You coordinate internal and external audits, accompany certifications and regulatory audits, ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and act as a central interface between production, purchasing, sales and external partners. In addition, you actively drive forward the continuous improvement of existing processes.

Responsibility for the supervision and further development of the quality management system as well as ensuring a sustainable implementation in operational day-to-day business Planning, coordination and monitoring of internal and external audits, certifications and controls according to relevant standards such as IFS, KAT, VLOG and BIO Analysis of quality deviations, complaints and potential for improvement as well as derivation and follow-up of appropriate measures Maintenance and development of quality-relevant documentation, specifications, test documents and process descriptions Central interface function on production, purchasing, sales, management as well as authorities, certification bodies and customers in all quality-related topics

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of food technology, quality management, food sciences or a comparable subject First or multi-year professional experience in quality management and quality assurance – ideally within the food industry Experience in handling quality standards and certifications such as IFS, KAT, VLOG or BIO desirable Embossed structured and independent functioning as well as a high degree of responsibility and accuracy Communication strength, binding appearance and joy in cooperation with different internal and external contacts
