Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence with Power BI and AI Tools (m/f/d)

This includes: You promote active engagement with the learning content and their practical application. You encourage the group in innovative formats for exchange via the founder. You motivate the participants and make a good learning and working environment. You are responsible for the individual processing of tasks in the context of the project work. You evaluate the project work. You support the (further) development of the product. You teach from home office. You have very good knowledge of the training language German (C2).

You meet all your fellow human beings and have several years of professional experience in the field of controlling & business intelligence (2 years +). Modern technology-based training, coupled with the skills of modern teaching and empathic learning, are your bull. Ideally we wish you the following: Extensive knowledge in controlling & business intelligence. Studies in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics or other relevant fields and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI basics in reporting, Business Intelligence: Data Analysis & Visualization, Business Intelligence: Forecasting & scenarios, Business Intelligence: automating reporting & identifying anomalies Understanding and evaluating processes with AI, Self-Service Business Intelligence.

Experience with the main tool: Power BI. In addition, experience in the following tool is desired: Microsoft Excel Ability to use generic AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, copilot in Excel) specifically to support work processes. Please provide an overview of projects in which you have worked with Power BI and/or AI tools in the Controlling & Business Intelligence field. Briefly describe which tools you used like. Multiannual professional experience as an online trainer:in, ideally also in the context of advanced training. Application of innovative teaching methods for activating learners in the synchronous online phases. Communication strength and joy in working in the team.
