Corporate Security Manager (m/f/d)

What is your Day to Day Mission: Development, implementation and continuous improvement of concepts for physical safety

Further development of our existing access control system and the process for visitor management

Management of access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance systems

Coordination and monitoring of complex infrastructure security projects

Coordination and control of external security service providers

Processing and organisation of security-relevant documents and associated reporting processes

Support in implementing company-wide security processes and guidelines

Support of Head of Security by taking responsibility for daily operations

What you bring to the team: You have completed a degree in the field of security management, risk management or a comparable discipline (e.g. Master of Protection and Security or a Bachelor degree in Security Engineering, Security Management, Risk Management or Business Continuity Management).

You already have practical experience in corporate security (Corporate Security) or risk management for at least 1–2 years.

You are also interested in security technologies, emergency management or the resilience of organizations (organizational resilience).

Your open, communicative, friendly and competent way makes it easy for you to be perceived as an internal contact person and expert.

Integrity, reliability and discretion are your personality.

A professional background in a state security organisation is advantageous (e.g. police, armed forces or other security authorities).
