You are passionate about communication, have a sense of good lyrics and want to inspire people with your words? Topics such as employee retention and employer attractiveness address you and you want to introduce your own ideas? Then you're right with us! With us you can contribute your creativity, create exciting topics about personal marketing and employer branding and gain valuable practical experience from February/March 2026 for at least one year. Write and prepare texts for internal and external employer-branding measures such as: for our HR social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Kununu, Glassdoor), employee portals or campaigns Working with our onboarding project (e.g. editing the onboarding portal) as well as support for smaller employer branding projects in the team Creation and processing of marketing and communication materials (e.g. presentations, decision templates, internal videos or giveaways)

Studies in language sciences, journalism, communication sciences, economic psychology, business administrations or a comparable course of studies – ideally focusing on language or communication Embossed text security and a very good language feeling in German and English Affinity for Employer Branding, Personal Marketing and Copywriting Secure handling of MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), ideally first experience with SharePoint Independent and structured working methods as well as self-initiative, team capacity and high commitment – ideally complemented by first practical experience
