Serviceleiter (m/w/d) Technical Services Reference number: 421464 Business activities: As an all-rounder, you take responsibility, think entrepreneurially and actively shape the processes in your area of responsibility Order control: organisation and coordination of mechanical work, machine and plant cleaning and other services Customer support: Competent contact person on site as well as coordination of services and operations with our customers Staff management and operational planning: management and planning of employees Calculation of offers: recognition of customer needs and creation of offers Quality and safety: ensuring professional performance and compliance with quality and safety standards Operational support: expert support of the work and, if necessary, active support of the team in the daily business Organization and problem solution: Flexible control of short-term requirements and solution-oriented coordination with customers and employees

Technical understanding: solid mechanical knowledge and ideally practical experience in the industrial environment. Industry experience: knowledge of machine and plant cleaning is advantageous. Leadership competence: experience in leadership, motivation and coordination of employees. Customer orientation: safe and professional appearance as well as pleasure in direct customer contact. Service orientation: Embossed service understanding, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented operation. Flexibility: ready to work on weekends.
