Personnel administrator in the training department (m/f/d)

You support our personnel (w/m/d) in the field of training in day-to-day business and act as a contact person (w/m/d) for our colleagues (w/m/d) in the operational units You are responsible for creating training and internship contracts Administratively, you are responsible for the provision of training documents and certificates and thus for a smooth entry and exit process (e.g. professional school applications, trial times, exams) You make sure that all digital personal files of trainees and dual students are up to date For upcoming BEM talks, you are responsible for the organization and documentation You are coordinating the sales of commercial trainees

You have a completed commercial training and ideally have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position Your handling of MS Office applications is routined As an organizational institution, you work efficiently and carefully You are service-oriented, have fun working in the team and are communicative Your knowledge of German is safe
