Senior IT Application Expert CATIA & 3DExperience (m/f/d)

Technical Administration & Development – Designing Systems You take over the technical administration, configuration and continuous development of CATIA V5/V6 as well as the 3DExperience platform, ensuring a stable and efficient operation of the systems and actively design digital process chains with Problem management – secure solutions You analyze causes of errors, run sustainable troubleshooting and work closely with Expert Key users, Dassault and external service providers to efficiently resolve application problems Release and update management – ensure topicality You plan to run out and track releases, updates and patches to ensure smooth operation and continuous system improvements Platform optimization – boost performance You monitor the systems, analyze their performance and proactively optimize the different platforms to ensure maximum availability and efficiency Support system configurations – set standards You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the system configuration (rolling, environments, standards, etc.) in close coordination with the engineering field areas Conducting training – imparting knowledge You coordinate and conduct user training for Expert Key Users and thus promote knowledge transfer and efficient use of systems

Funded training and experience Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering (with IT focus) or comparable training with relevant professional experience Experience with CATIA and 3DExperience Multiannual proven experience in the administration of CATIA V5 (incl. configuration, customizing, licensing, start-environments) as well as sound knowledge of the 3DExperience platform (including roles, structures, lifecycle management) IT infrastructure know-how Very good understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows server environments, network, application server) as well as experience with PLM data migrations or system integrations (e.g. SAP PLM interfaces) Programming skills in the CAA environment Ideally you bring experience in the CAA environment with (COM-based CATIA extensions) Analytical and Structured Operation Embossed analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented approach to complex tasks Own responsibility & resilience High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and resilience also in challenging fault situations Team skills & communication strength Team-oriented work and the willingness to work closely with key users, IT teams and external service providers
