Inspection, testing and repair of technical installations Responsibility for safe, efficient and trouble-free operation of technical building equipment Self-fulfilment of inspections, functional checks and repair work Object support Complete technical support of the object and ensuring a smooth running in the daily business documentation of the measures carried out and support in the optimization of plants and processes Inspection tours Regular control procedures for early detection of disturbances and risks deriving and implementing appropriate measures to ensure operational safety Support for entrepreneurs and service providers Coordination, Instruction and Monitoring of External Companies Control of performance and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Contact for customers on site Contact person for technical questions and concerns of customers Service-oriented appearance and contribution to high customer satisfaction through transparent communication and reliable problem solving

Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronic, mechatronic, heating, ventilation, sanitary technician or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in comparable position desirable Experience in the management and monitoring of entrepreneurs and service providers Embossed service and customer orientation
