For our locations Berlin, Munich or Heidelberg, we are looking for you as Senior Legal Counsel / Syndikusanwalt (m/w/d) at the next possible time with a mobile office option. Your mission

As a central expert, you are responsible for the comprehensive support and advice of Verivox GmbH including its subsidiaries in all legal issues, in particular in the context of digital business models. With a legal perspective, you will develop and evaluate solutions for legal issues that arise (mainly contractual, corporate and competition law, as well as in the field of compliance), will obstruct the relevant legal environment and provide early impulses for necessary optimizations. In addition, you are responsible for the creation, testing and negotiation of cooperation, service and supplier contracts and adapt them to the respective legal framework. On behalf of Verivox, you are working and conducting negotiations on civil and, in particular, competition law (except) judicial disputes. You also regularly check the commercial performance of all companies and coordinate our external consultants.

After your successfully completed study of law or a comparable degree course, you already have several years (min. 5 years) of professional experience in a law firm or in law or law. A company's compliance department can collect in the above-mentioned legal areas. You have an affinity for information technologies in general, online platforms, digital solutions and a good legal understanding of their implementation. Experiences in the field of compliance complete your profile In addition, you bring a deeper understanding and great interest in business relationships in a highly competitive market environment. You have fun working independently and independently with a high degree of self-initiative and are professional in dealing with employees from different departments.
