Processing, coordination and care of the deviation system Processing, coordination and care of the complaint system with associated customer and supplier communication Evaluation of complaints and causes of deviation Creating, distributing and maintaining CAPAs, CAPA system support Support for the collection and evaluation of KPIs Support for other quality assurance tasks

You have completed technical training, e.g. CTA, food technology, natural sciences or comparable qualifications, and have already gained several years of professional experience in quality assurance in the GMP sector. In addition, you will bring a safe handling of common PC programs (e.g. Microsoft Office) as well as ideally experience with electronic quality management systems Personally, you are characterized by a pronounced team capacity, loadability, independent and conscientious work, enforcement ability and a very good communication capability You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
