Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• Central management of all major projects within the Department of Sales/Project Development Real estate, quarters and networks
• Head of highly complex and demanding projects from A to Z
• Planning internal and external resources
• Construction, leadership and management of project teams and projects
• Preparation of approval documents in English
• Support for sales in the management of negotiations with project developers, investors, developers and municipalities

Your qualifications:

Convince us with your qualifications

• Completed engineering studies
• Experience in project management, preferably energy supplier contracting projects
• Sales experience of complex energy services in the real estate industry
• Very good German and good English skills
• 50% willingness to travel and passenger car tickets
