This key role brings you straight into our corporate management, where you are engaged in audits (including ESG risks) in risk controlling and coordinate or accompany both internal and external audits (e.g. association revision and supervisory law). Without disciplinary responsibility, you will be responsible for the team management of a competent audit team composed of members of various audit teams and departments. Together, identify and analyze vulnerabilities in processes and internal control systems, develop future-proof improvement measures and explain them to decision-makers. In this context, you will ensure a uniform reporting standard and qualitative work documents, answer audit results and report content to executives and take over deficiencies (follow-up). In coordination with the team and department management, you will answer central specialist or Special questions and support our specialist departments in designing efficient processes and effective controls.
