Product Manager Service (m/f/d)

Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team (Product Management, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management) over the entire service product lifecycle

Implementation and continuous optimization of product strategies for digital services (simulation, artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance)

Responsibility for the further development of service products as well as increased system availability in customer systems through market, competitive and profitability analyses

Assessment of customer and project-specific adaptations and testing of their integration into existing product families

Creation, maintenance and support in the release of required product artefacts (requirements, design, test and release documentation)

Economic responsibility for service product development, including budget monitoring (F&E, CAPEX)

Preparation of decision templates, presentation and defence against internal stakeholders and management to expand the service portfolio

Ensuring a structured information and Lessons learning flow between all parties involved

Multiannual professional experience in projects (e.g. as Project Manager:in, Technical Manager:in, Logistic Engineering Manager:in or Sales Manager:in), product management, system engineering and/or relevant application experience

Ideal understanding of military requirements as well as military use of products, complemented by experience in the maritime environment

German and English skills

First international and intercultural experience and willingness to occasional national missions

Understanding basic business relationships, entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and innovation (entrepreneurship)
