Competent customer support for all questions regarding travel by phone and email Adjustment of existing bookings (e.g. by customer requests, changes and reservation of special services) Independent response and processing of complaints and customer requests Correspondence with the organizers and control of booking processing Support in optimizing our workflows

Completed training in an occupation close to service or commercial, ideally with professional experience in tourism Experience in telephone customer consulting Safe handling of popular PC and Internet applications Serious and friendly appearance on the phone Service orientation, contact joy and team skills Remarkable: knowledge of tourist software such as Toma or Merlin, Amadeus or Sabre Work in the layer system (3 layers between 7:30 – 23:00, 5-day week) is no problem for you ready for weekends and holidays, with the possibility of mobile work German language skills in word and writing
