As ** Head of Painter Handicrafts (m/w/d)** you combine craft passion, leadership and commercial views. You actively develop projects, customer relationships and your team.

Your tasks

• Leadership of the Malerhandwerk area at Wilhelmshaven site and responsibility for sales, earnings and quality.
• Planning and evaluation of offers, performance directories and project calculations, with you acting as an expert for VOB/A, B and C.
• Ensuring an economic project execution from the supply phase to the settlement with a high customer satisfaction claim.
• Planning your own personnel use & the subcontractors, assignment of the teams and care for clear processes at the construction site.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of project managers, foreworkers and skilled workers.
• further development of employees, young talents and future leaders.
• Maintenance of existing customers, expansion of partnerships and development of new customer fields.

Your profile

• Malermeister (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, as an alternative construction engineer, civil engineer or manager from the construction work.
• Multiannual experience in construction, project management or operation management in the painter's handicraft.
• Clear, motivating and binding leadership of teams.
• Safe handling of offers, performance directories, scales and billing.
• knowledge of VOB and basic understanding for BGB and HGB.
• Pleasure of painting, quality and modern project processing.
• Curiosity for digital processes and new solutions in the development work.
• Close to construction site, team and customers, clear communication, entrepreneurial action and solution-oriented work.
