We develop individual participation opportunities for activation in individual care and small groups and thus create a sensory day structure for the clients that gives support and security.

How does your day look like • They accompany the residents of the nearby housing group, who do not go to the day-to-day or to work and support them in shaping their everyday life self-determined and varied • In addition, you develop opportunities for participation in educational opportunities, promote everyday and key competencies, e.g. when cooking together and bring your own ideas and competencies • You take responsibility for structured educational/care activities and look forward to learning more about the biographies of clients • For the best possible support work closely together with relatives, legal supervisors and the team and across-the-board colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you
