As an IT Application Manager*in (w/m/d) for Microsoft 365, you play a central role in IT at TÜV Rheinland and are shaping digital cooperation in the company. You are responsible for the further development, optimization and support of our Microsoft 365 environment and are the first contact partner for specialist areas and IT colleagues around M365.
For your tasks as IT Application Manager*in - M365 (w/m/d), you are responsible for the independent support and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform (e.g. teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Bookings). You will advise the departments for the optimal use of M365 services and digital processes. The analysis and solution of complex support requests as well as the coordination with 2nd/3rd level support is also part of your task. You create and provide technical documentation, instructions and training materials. In addition, you will participate in the introduction of new features, change management and rollouts.
